These terms explain the rules for using Modern Resto. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

Modern Resto lets restaurants create digital menus, PDF menus, QR codes, Google review links and a restaurant order management interface. The service helps restaurants present their menu and organize order requests.

2. User account

Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for access to your account, for team members you add to a restaurant and for actions performed from those accounts.

3. Restaurant content

You remain responsible for published information: dish names, prices, photos, allergens, availability, commercial claims and legal notices. You must ensure that your menu is accurate and compliant with applicable rules.

4. Order management

Modern Resto order management is not a POS, not a payment terminal and not an accounting system. Statuses such as “cash out” only mean that the restaurant marks the guest as paid through its own process.

5. QR codes and external links

QR codes and links may point to your menu, a Google Maps listing or a Google review page. Third-party services such as Google Maps remain subject to their own terms and may change independently.

6. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical issues or external events.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Modern Resto to publish illegal, misleading, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent or third-party infringing content. We may suspend or remove content or accounts in case of abuse.

8. Responsibility

Modern Resto provides software. The restaurant remains responsible for its operations, service, pricing, tax duties, health and commercial obligations, and customer relationships.

9. Deletion and changes

You can delete menus or your account from the dashboard. We may evolve the service, add or remove features, or update these terms when needed.
