- A guest hesitates, a table orders in two rounds: keep the ticket as a draft without sending anything to the kitchen, and pick it up from any tablet.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a POS system?
No. Modern Resto doesn’t process payments and doesn’t replace your register. It handles order taking and service; you take payment as usual and mark it “paid” in the app.
Can guests order from their table?
Yes. Every table has its own QR code. The guest scans, chooses dishes and sends the request with the right table number. You can switch this on or off any time.
How much does it cost?
Order taking, the kitchen screen and statistics are free. No commission, no terminal to buy.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Everything runs in the browser of a tablet, phone or computer. No installation, no dedicated hardware.
What happens if the connection drops?
Screens resync as soon as the connection is back. Orders already sent are kept on the server.
